Wedding Photography at Priston Mill
A fun-filled September wedding at Priston Mill...
Hi gang, let me introduce myself. I'm James. I am a wedding photographer based in Cheltenham, in the Cotswolds. I know some of you know me, I know some have swiped up on Instagram but most have googled "Priston Mill wedding photographer" or possibly "Priston Mill wedding photography". It would be very off of me to presume otherwise.
Photographing Weddings at Piston Mill...
Over the years I have shot many venues here in the Cotswolds, some venues I like, many I love and a couple have become something more. Priston Mill near Bath is one such venue. I love it there; the weddings are always joyous. As crazy as that sounds, it’s not the case with all venues. A wedding at Priston Mill is guaranteed to be fun (well, I haven't been proven wrong yet!).
About Priston Mill...
Priston Mill has a beautiful rustic charm to it, its ancient buildings, picturesque private gardens and rolling countryside views captivating guests as soon as they arrive. The Watermill and Tythe Barn used to be run by the monks of Bath Abbey many, many years ago and has been a wedding venue for 20 years now. 20 incredible years of experience by the team at Priston Mill, who I can vouch for creating the most perfect wedding for you, suited to your tastes exactly.
Josie & Fraser's Wedding...
I write this early in 2021. We're still in lockdown and the Panny-D of 2020 it still well and truly here. Josie and Fraser's wedding was one of the last weddings I photographed before restrictions went super tight, or maybe another full lockdown was about to be enforced - I can't remember now. All I know is that I was having a mare, my whole summer had been wiped out. To take the edge off, Julia and I went to Italy for a few days. While there I got an email from Josie asking if she could move their original date forward so they could get married before further restrictions. I was like hell yeah! As mad as it sounds, I need to shoot weddings or else I get very grumpy!
Testimonial:
James,
Omg! We have just finished looking at the pictures and words can’t even describe how many emotions we felt looking at them all. We were crying one minute then laughing our heads off the next! You have captured our day so perfectly and for that, we are forever grateful. Every time we look at them we see something new and it’s like seeing a new picture! Didn’t want them to end. Thank you thank you thank you!
