NORTHBROOK PARK WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

Cassia and Guy's winter wonderland wedding at Northbrook Park...

I always find starting a blog post tricky, it's because I'm not sure how you got here. I presume you may have googled Northbrook Park Wedding Photographer, maybe Northbrook Park Wedding Photography or maybe you found me on inster. Because of this, I always feel like I should introduce myself. So here goes...

Hi, I'm James, James Fear. I am a wedding photographer based in Cheltenham in the heart of the Cotswolds. Over the years word has spread and my work has taken me far and wide. This week I was lucky enough to be brought to Hampshire, to Northbrook Park which was a first for me.

About Northbrook Park Wedding Venue...

On the day of Cassia and Guy's wedding, it was snowing as I have only seen once or twice in my life, so I was grateful that Northbrook Park is only just down the motorway. This venue is tranquil, set in 120 acres of countryside, all privately owned and super private (which can be hard to find especially in the snow!). When I arrived, the whole place was blanketed in snow, but snow or no snow, Northbrook Park is as impressive as they come.

Northbrook Park is one of the finest 18th-century manor houses around and is grade-II listed, so believe me when I say it's just so unbelievably charming. This country estate has a timeless, romantic feel to it. Whether it’s the surrounding manicured (I think that's the right word!) gardens, the stunning architecture, or the jaw-dropping view of the countryside, this place is classically classy,

Photographing Cassia and Guy's Northbrook Park Wedding...

The getting ready part was at the Four Seasons in Hampshire. Everything there was beautiful, the girls were super fun. Everyone really looked fab. On to Northbrook, C & G had their ceremony in the elegant Vine Room. Think crystal chandeliers, marble floors, tall French windows – the lot.

Before the reception got going, I took G&C straight out for piccies. The clear blue sky and pure white snow made for a truly perfect light that bounced off everything. C&G and their whole gang were up for snowy photos which was mega, but cold on the toes. Some of my fave pics ever!

The orangery was a beautiful setting for the reception. It has a glass roof which makes light dapple, and a built-in bar so drinks are never far away! Not to mention the peacocks wandering about the place. Who doesn't like a peacock or six! According to my Nan peacocks are meant to symbolise good fortune! Cheers Nan!

The whole day was a magical winter wonderland, I loved it and I’m so thankful to have been able to capture it for Cassia and Guy.

As always thank you for your interest in my work and I hope you like the pictures,

James
